On well-maintained property, the house offers a pool with luminous tiles that give a special effect at night. The house is situated next to a forest and has a beautiful panoramic view of the green valley. At the exit of the living room there is a covered balcony with seating area and sun deck along the whole balcony (8x3 m). Guests have at their disposal sun loungers, outdoor shower, canopy with barbecue and dining table, children's playground, garage for two vehicles and several parking spaces. The town Labin is only a 5-minute walk away and the tourist town Rabac with various leisure and gastronomic offer, as well as beautiful beaches only 5 km from the house.



Holiday house for 6 guests is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, seating sofa and large glass windows overlooking the pool, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony with seating set. On this floor there is also a playroom for smaller children. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
