ARNAQUE, FUYEZ

Fuyez l' arnaque. Vous réglez votre reservation en ligne par CB mais deux heures plus tard la soit-disant gérante vous appelle pour vous donner un lien de paiement immediat sans quoi elle ne vous donne pas de chambre. Hotels.com fait le necessaire pour qu'elle recoive son paiement ou du moins sa garantie d'être payée , et là , plus rien elle disparait. Arrivé sur place pas de reception, personne ne répond au tèl, aucune instruction pour entrer dans votre chambre. Un agent de sécurité caché dans le noir vous donne un autre numéro qui ne répond pas non plus. Vieil hotel revendu par appartements, donc seule une dizaine de chambre est en location, le reste appartient à des particuliers. ,Gérante malhonnête, injoignable. Aucune instructions reçue, que ce soit le digicode pour accéder à l'établissement, ni le numéro de chambre, ni le numéro de boîte à clés...ARNAQUE. Deux clients étrangers semblaient être dans la même situation, ils cherchaient à joindre quelqu'un eux aussi au téléphone sans plus de résultats. Du coup obligé de revenir à Fort de France pour passer la nuit et trouver une autre option le lendemain .

Malheureusement la chambre n'était pas conforme a ce que je croyais car dans l'annonce il devait y avoir une kitchenette... pas d interlocuteurs... impossible de remettre les clefs car bug acex les boites électroniques... mais cetait tres calme ... difficile sans aucun interlocuteur....
