La Tranche sur Mer, between La Terrière and Le Phare - New 60 m2 three-room apartment in a small residence (29 apartments) on the edge of the national forest with swimming pool open and heated from June 1 to September 30. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. The apartment is planned for 4 people.

A person is present to welcome you and inform you on your arrival and facilitate your stay. She is also present when you leave.

A deposit check of 500 euros, to be given to the concierge, is requested.
The balance of the rental is to be paid 1 month before arrival

The apartment includes:

A bike room and one for boards are at your disposal. The apartment is located between the beach of "La Terrière" and the beach "Le Phare". Bike lane in front of the residence and free shuttle bus nearby in July August. Many hiking trails.

End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and in addition: 50 euros to be given to the concierge.

A contribution of 25 euros per week is required for heating from the beginning of October to the end of March.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in der gleichen Wohnung. Der Zustand war immer noch genau so gut wie letztes Jahr. Der Kontakt mit Sylvie hat nie abgerissen, fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Vor Ort war die Betreuung von Phillipe ebenfalls gut. Selbst wenn wir uns nicht gemeldet haben, wurde zwischendurch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
