Excellent séjour

La maison est parfaite avec beaucoup d’espace extérieur (piscine, terrain de pétanque) et très fonctionnelle à l’intérieur. Très bien située près du port de la Teste, piste cyclable et station de train pour aller à Arcachon. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région! Un grand merci pour tous les conseils reçus ainsi que d’avoir renvoyé la peluche!

Perfect villa!

We loved everything about this villa! It’s very spacious both inside and out, our 3 kids loved the pool and all the outdoor space to play in. Check in was easy. Area is lovely, great oyster restaurants at the port. Car makes it easier as arcachon and nearest supermarket are few mins drive away, but not essential as the train line is only few min walk from the house. Would definitely recommend, we will be going back!

A beautiful house very well equipped for families. Very peaceful area however in walking distance to restaurants and bakeries etc. Great communication with the owners, they made us feel very welcome. Loved our stay!

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cette belle maison. À notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Monsieur Rondy et son épouse, qui nous ont fait visiter les lieux en nous présentant tous les équipements disponibles.La maison est très bien entretenue, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est également idéalement située pour visiter le bassin d’Arcachon ou encore prendre la navette vers le Cap Ferret.Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. La région est magnifique, entre nature, mer et découvertes.Pour notre départ, c’est la concierge qui a effectué l’état des lieux. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir quitter la maison vers 14h au lieu de 10h, ce qui nous a permis de profiter un peu plus de notre dernière journée.Un excellent séjour que nous recommandons vivement !

Superbe location

Maison très spacieuse et bien aménagée.Extérieur très bien aménagé avec un grand plus pour le terrain de pétanque. Très bien située à proximité du port ostréicole et possibilité d’aller à Arcachon à pied pour ceux qui aiment marcher.La région est belle avec comme incontournable la dune du pilat et le cap ferret.L’accueil est parfait.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour à la teste de buche...Maison très bien situées à 5/10mn de tout... à pied ou en voiture... Pas de soucis pour stationner en cette période en tout cas...Quartier très calme...La maison est complétement équipée il ne manque rien ..Il y a des armoires a tiroirs mais pas de penderies, cela manque dans 2 chambres... piscine impeccable...tout le tour est propre on peut marcher pied nu et une très grande terrasses couverte et fermée déjà devant et derrière une autre terrasse au soleil le matin...A l'intérieur il ne manque pas d'ustensile de cuisine... C'est très complet...Félicitations au propriétaire pour tout ça et le décor aussi superbe...Beaucoup de goût...En plus que se soit au téléphone ou à la réception et au départ Jessica vous reçoit de manière très gentille et sans omettre les détails pour vous expliquer tout...même ce que vous pouvez faire la-bas en vacances..Merci pour son accueil très complet ...Et le Propriétaire est également très sympas au téléphone...Voila je tenais à préciser tout cela parce que ça devient rare de nos jours...Merci encore à vous....

Wundervolle Unterkunft für einen wundervollen Urlaub!

Maison au top!

Maison très fonctionnelle entre famille et amies avec des enfants, les propriétaires sont de bonne ecoute et très sympathique, ils sont très disponible et saurons repondre à toutes vos questions. Il y à plein d'activités a faire au alentours ( accrobranche, parc pour enfants, plage a proximité avec des pistes cyclables pour accéder a tout) location de vélos a 10 min a pied Nous etions ravis de notre sejours.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours. La maison impeccable, très propre, bien aménagée avec une terrasse protégée grâce à sa pergola bio climatique ce qui nous a permis de passer d'agréables moments. Sa situation géographique est proche de tous commerces et pistes cyclables et bénéficie d' un environnement très calme. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Belle propriété

Belle villa dans un endroit très calme mais néanmoins proche de tout. Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée le 03 septembre. Avant tout nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire qui nous a fait confiance ainsi que pour notre départ un peu précipité suite à un problème familial. C’est quelqu’un de très conciliant. Concernant sa villa il n’y a rien à redire très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Une piscine chauffée ce qui permet vraiment de l’apprécier. Un extérieur vraiment très agréable ou l’on peut vraiment en profiter avec tout le confort. A recommander vraiment.
