Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais regrettons le manque d’honnêteté de l’annonce : la villa est en réalité séparée en 2 logements superposés et indépendants. Nous avions le logement du bas. Nous n’aurions pas réservé si cela avait été indiqué dans l’annonce, malheureusement nous avons réservé tardivement et ne pouvions pas annuler. Aucune isolation acoustique entre les 2 niveaux, nous avons été réveillés chaque matin par les pleurs du bébé des voisins (+ nombreux bruits de chocs, pas, etc…). Parmi les points à améliorer : - propreté des lieux - la maison est spacieuse, relativement récente, mais manque de confort. pas de canapé mais de vieux fauteuils qui sentent l’humidité, et une immense table qui encombre le salon (en plus de celle pour manger juste à côté qui est déjà très grande). 1 seule sdb et 1 seul toilette pour 8p ce n’est pas assez à notre sens (heureusement nous n’étions que 4 !) Pour finir sur de bons points : - un emplacement vraiment parfait parmi les belles villas du Pyla, au calme (si on fait abstraction des locataires du dessus), à deux pas de la mer dans une végétation luxuriante - Bon contact avec le propriétaire - 2 vélos mis à disposition pour le séjour - une belle terrasse et un grand jardin privatifs avec BBQ qui sont vraiment un plus lors de la belle saison - grande cuisine agréable et bien équipée En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement pour des personnes prévenues de la configuration des lieux… et aurions apprécié être nous mêmes avertis.

A Pyla sur mer entre la dune et les quartiers d'Arcachon

Nous avons apprécié la maison qui est jolie et bien adaptée à la famille, un beau jardin et la situation idéale pour rayonner au sud vers la dune et les plages océans comme vers Arcachon et Cap Ferret. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire

Das Objekt lag ideal zum Baden und für Ausflüge in der Region. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Der Garten war schattig und ruhig. Die Liegen waren etwas angegraut. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Tres agréable maison

Maison très agréable, grande terrasse ensoleillée à côté d'un grand jardin arboré. Plage très proche. Maison tres fonctionnelle avec une grande cuisine. Les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques.

Very nice house, close to the beach with great garden.

Ground floor of a basic but well equipped house. The house is located very nicely, beach is nearby (5 min walk). The garden is nice with a sunny deck and a shaded garden. The house has 3 bedrooms and a storage for bikes. House is a bit noisy tough.
