The villa has two levels.
Ground floor: living-dining room with a large fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140 X 190), has an adjoining private bath and toilet. The second chamber has a double bed (140 X 190). The third chamber comprises three individual bed (90 X 190).
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, gas, mobile barbecue lights, stereo with turntable, DVD / CD player, flat-screen TV.
Sheets not supplied towels.
The lower level is a bedroom with double bed (140 X 190) and a bathroom with a toilet, a large garage and a boiler-laundry. This room is completely independent from the rest of the house with its own entrance.
Available are two garden tables with their chairs, large parasol, table tennis.
The villa is built on a plot of 1000 m2, well wooded with pine heaths.
The nearest beach is Moulleau located 15 minutes walk. The Moulleau also has shops, restaurants, equipped with Wi-bar and a pier with a public maritime link Arcachon or Cap Ferret in summer.

Une maison très agréable, idéalement située
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très agréable maison, idéalement placée. Nous avons apprécié la générosité de l'accueil, notamment l'accès libre aux jeux et jouets de la famille. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile, il s'est montré très disponible, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison bien placée en hauteur du Pyla, très ombragée par les pins.
Parfaite pour une semaine, avec tout l'aménagement nécessaire.

Agréable maison de famille dans les pins
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale spacieuse et très bien équipée. On a l’impression d’être chez nous les propriétaires laissant tout à disposition. Très bonne localisation au calme et à 15mn des plages du bassin. Contact très sympathique avec les propriétaires et l’agence. On espère revenir une prochaine fois

Maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et à la description. Spacieuse pour 9/10 personnes, bien située dans une belle région. Très bien équipée tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Je recommande.
