La Perlière is located 2 km from the golf course for amateurs and 5 km from the center of Arcachon, it is the ideal place to find yourself in the peace and quiet and enjoy your vacations. Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels.

What we like :
Its clarity, its space, its comfort, the terrace, the swimming pool, the possibility of parking in the property (sliding gate with beep), the access to everything, while remaining calm and quiet when returning from a walk or a beach! The Villa is managed by the agency Cocoonr Arcachon. You will have a free wifi access. You will be welcomed on site by our teams who will give you the keys and will inform you about everything there is to see and do in our beautiful region!

Activities:
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Arcachon Basin! You can enjoy all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin! The little train in front of the tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon! At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune of Pyla! If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre river, to the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime! Zoo in La Teste, aqualand park in Gujan.

Transportation:
- Arcachon train station at 5 km
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to the Pyla dune, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc.), or the Dune Express bus which takes you there directly.
- Bordeaux airport at 65 km (52 minutes by car)
