A fully enclosed and secure 500 m² garden and a 70 m² wooden terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture will welcome you for pleasant moments of relaxation. The house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large, bright living room with a lounge area and a TV area with a large opening onto the terrace, making it ideal for gatherings with family or friends. In the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe, and one bedroom equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. A large utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment is available.
