 Apartment completely renovated in March 2015, located in a small condominium of 8 apartments in the area of Mar Vivo near Sablettes (La Seyne Sur Mer) .It is located in a gated residence on the 1 st floor with private parking space within the co-ownership.

It consists :

          D a stay opening on a terrace of 16 m2 including a sofa BZ in 160, a table 6 people, a coffee table, a TV screen and an integrated cupboard.(possibility to close the stay by a gate in brick partition),

          D equipped kitchen with window and French window opening onto the terrace: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, toaster, Krups coffee machine, 2 gas plate, hood, dishes, serving and storage.

D a room 2 persons (2 beds 90x200) with integrated cupboard, opening on the terrace. New mattresses purchase May 2018

          D a bathroom with shower and washing machine

Notre 2ème séjour dans cette location. Bel appartement fonctionnel et très propre dans résidence fermée avec place de parking privėe. Quartier calme, situé à côté de la plage et des commerces à proximité. Tout se fait à pied. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Merci à eux ainsi qu'aux voisins qui sont également des personnes bienveillantes et discrètes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. La description correspond en tous points à la réalité. L'appartement est très lumineux et fonctionnel. Nous avons également apprécié la souplesse pour l'arrivée et le départ assurés par la voisine de Madame Bonnet. Merci également à Madame Bonnet de nous avoir contacté pour veiller à notre bien-être pendant le séjour. Un petit coup de chaud n'était pas de refus. Très bel appartement dans une résidence fermée avec place de parking à disposition, idéalement situé à 1 minute à pied de la plage, 2 minutes d'une boulangerie et des commerces. Cet appartement comporte tous les équipements nécessaire et une grande terrasse très bien exposée.
