STONE COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL FOR VACATION IN THE DORDOGNE

This year the Tour de France passes within 100m of the house on 11th July 2026.

This characteristic country home is situated in the countryside (but not secluded) between La Roque Gageac and Domme. An ideal starting point to visit the main touristy sites of Dordogne. The house comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bath / shower rooms and can accommodate a max of 9 people. The property has refurbished bathrooms and redecoration for 2026.
With a living area of +/- 120m², the house offers:

On the ground floor
Entrance with hallway to part of the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 Single bed (80 cm wide) suitable for 1 person. Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet. Private en suite bathroom: Bathtub/shower, washbasin, a bidet and WC. Heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (2 x 90 cm wide), 2 closets.
Shower room: Shower, washbasin, toilet.
WC: Toilet
Living area:
Kitchen with central island and 2 high stools. A worktop with a 4-burner gas stove with oven. A single sink and a dishwasher. Electric oven and microwave. A refrigerator with freezing part. Access to the garden.
Sitting area with 2 three-seater sofas with coffee table, bookshelf, TV and an open fireplace (Not in Use).
Independent dining area with bay windows opening to the garden, a table with 8 chairs.
Upstairs (accessible up wooden stairs):

Both bedrooms at the 1st floor have fitted carpet.

Bedroom 4 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower, Toilet, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 5 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet. Armchair and table.
All bedrooms have shutters for privacy.

The outside:

The house is situated at a fenced property with a wooden entrance gate, parking in the entrance courtyard and in front of the house.
Grassed and flowered areas at the front and at the back of the house, paved terrace with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). It also has a 4+1 burner Barbeque.
A children's swing in a tree and a small slide for young children.
Private heated pool (pool size 10 m x5 m). Pool depth 1m - 1m80. The pool is has a removable cover. This cover opens fully for swimming, but maintains the water temperature at night and provides security.
