Liked the Rodeziio restaurant and the Jazmin buffet. The specialty restaurants were mediocre. Massages ok. Mani/pedis not worth it. Nail polish came off same day. People told us about jellyfish in ocean so didn't go in. Lots of bees/wasps on beach so we stayed with the pools. Agree with others regarding beds extremely hard. Staff were excellent. Helpful, polite, professional and happy. One error. They gave us a wine menuin the Don Pablo restaurant before offering us the house wine so we spent $150. US before realizing that we could have had the house wine for free.

The hotel is far from airport or activities which limits when you can do excursions. The hotel lost power for a short time but 2 days in a row and 5 times in one day. There was a generator going that was loud by the quiet pool. They didn’t have a room with 2 beds which was specifically requested and then moved us to one right next to the performance area so loud until 11 every night. The walls are thin so I heard the alarm from next door in the mornings. Food was ok especially in the a la carte restaurants but the buffet areas had food that was not that good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Entertainment was really good. Food was average so don’t stress if u don’t get reservations at the a la carte restaurants. All restaurants were average. Staff was very attentive. However our toilet didn’t work the first 3 days we were there so that was very frustrating. Also the resort would lose power multiple times a day but it didn’t really impact us.

The room and property were beautiful. The food was great, however, it was nearly impossible to get a reservation for the restaurants there, so I recommend trying to make them way ahead of your trip. The best part of our stay was the Animation Team. They were always phenomenal. Special thanks to Pablo, Jaroll, Maria, Wellington, Roberto, Alfredo, and Tinkerbell. You all turned a great trip into an amazing one!

Overall, staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The property is amazingly beautiful and clean. The adult only aspect is great but still fun and has parties too. The hotel is part of a bigger Bahia resort that has other hotels that share shops, spa, gym on a very safe and secured grounds. The room was spacious, updated and comfortable. There were lots of food options but you need to book restaurant reservations as early as possible since they fill quickly and have limited seating but always have the buffet as a backup.

I love the people everybody is too nice, specially Joaquin in the restaurant and Marianne in the pool bar. They always were attentive to our requests
