Hotel and pool were wonderful, clean and rooms were nice. Service needed to be better and shower with no door had water coming into the bathroom so that was a waste of towels. Asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodating. Good food.

This property is excellent. Staff is super friendly and very very welcoming. We stayed a night and we can see they have packages that takes you to an island and they have all inclusive package there. New hotel great decoration and excellent staff.

Upon arrival I expected the room to be ready especially after a long flight however I was made to wait 2 hours and that too the room was not clean. The service was awful. Where do I begin? I was made to wait for milk for my tea which by then it got cold. Breakfast was not great so after the first morning decided to skip it. Dinner for a couple of nights they had run out of all vegetarian option which I did not expect and to be told that they were busy I was shocked. I was there 7 nights and on each night no dessert options were available. Beach towels you have to wait an hour for and that too they tell you they will bring it to you but they don’t and you have to keep going back to remind them. Used beach towels left everywhere. I really can’t say one thing that I’m happy about to be honest except the day I left to come back.

For a Hilton Garden inn this is a nice place to stay in La Romana with a lot of amenities, including a pretty nice pool and a nice private beach, close to the city, to the pro baseball stadium, to the pro basketball arena, to the main malls, to the public beach (Caleta) where are a lot of restaurants, bars and a nice seawall (riverwalk) where you can get drinks and food and listen good music. This hotel is worth for the money.
