Property looks to be reasonably new but is not close to town which means you need to eat at in-house restaurants, pool area eating spot cheaper than buffet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Service in pool restaurant area is quite slow. The staff are lovely, very friendly.

We were not able to check in because there was an error in our reservation. Reservation was for the previous night and there was no vacancy when we arrived to check in. Would be nice if we could get a refund on the room or some consideration for the price we paid.

We checked in on January 26/2024 and we found that there was a movie been filmed, in hotel. Asked for a drink in lobby, and was told it would take at least 20 minutes for bar scene to be finished. We couldn’t get to gym because of filming. Went for a walk and couldn’t get through front door, because of the filming. We should have been informed of all these inconveniences, before they accepting our reservation. Disappointed in Hilton hotels.

We arrived at the property at 5:00pm for check in and was told our room was not ready. We were not able to get into our room until after 6:15pm. The check in staff was not helpful with this issue. They did not even provide us with a free coffee while we waited. The F&B staff at the hotel is amazing and helpful. Overall the hotel is clean and nice.
