This is our second time visiting this resort, and we noticed the rooms were a bit run down, and the restaurant's quality at lunch was definitely down, and the variety was the same on the other sides of my visit. The room service and the service at the restaurants were excellent.

We had a great time at this property. The staff was so kind and full of energy. I loved the fact that they kept the whole place clean, even the pool bathrooms, which is a plus for me. The beach was nice, even though I was expecting it to be clearer but it was still nice and no sargassum whatsoever. I also loved the fact that there weren’t a lot of waves, the water was calm. We did get stung by a jellyfish. I loved that there were chairs not only at the pool but at the beach also. There was always a Buffett available from the morning to dinner time. The food wasn’t bad but some of it was bland. It may just be me. There were a lot of desserts to choose from and the ice cream was amazing! I did like that there was a lot to choose from and they even had a small selection of Dominican food. Just come prepared with important items like sunscreen or a razor because they were crazy expensive here. Overall I had a great experience.

The cleaning staff always stocked our mini fridge and the room was swept and mopped everyday. Job well done by the cleaning staff. My only complaint about the hotel would be the lack of water pressure in the shower. It would come out as if the water handle was only half way open. We spoke to the front desk and the issue was fixed for one day. The next day it was back to its original pressure. Food was decent with varying options from day to day. Occasionally, at Las Olas food bar, the food was over cooked. Other than that, a wonderful stay. Lots of activities (water zumba, jenga, all white party, Dominican culture dance). The beach was lovely as well. I took engagement photos. The front desk was nice enough to put me in contact with a gentleman to take my pictures and they came out lovely. They also were able to get me some Dominican fried chicken( Pollos Victoria) from an hour away! They aim to please. :)

Avoid this property if you are planning to enjoy the beach as beach is full of bugs. 1st day, we had almost 100+ bites. We had cockroaches, Mosquitos, lizards in our room. Informed the staff but no use. They told us at 11:30 pm in the night that they will change the room at that time. This place is nothing but inconvenience. I stayed there for more than a week and this experience didn't change at all. Last of all, horrible food...overly cooked, overly salty and overly sugary drinks.

Great all-inclusive hotel with super nice staff, right by the beach with kayaking options etc. Only negative is that most of the activities such as horse riding, beach boogie, zip liner etc are about 1.5-2h drive away, but if you are just looking to relax and still have several activities at the hotel, this is a great option.

From the very fist stepbwe took in here it was a mess they didn’t have any room ready we we at check in nearly 4 hours then we get a room with a sofa bed and a twin they put in the drawer almost fell out on my foot it was broken the safe did not work the doors did not open with our room keys they had to open them self’s the staff that IS mediocre service every single thing was wrong the bathroom was leaking as your on the Rollie water dripping from the Ceiling the air conditioner every single day we had to call they call they it was off the fridge was non existent the crack in the ceiling were endless wow this place is awful the worst do not if you want to vacation is not here I need a vacation from this the stress level is on 10000 then at1 am the came to change pieces from the air conditioner I have the proof the bath tubs are slimy they do not clean the shower are just disgusting they have insects in the room we were greeted by a school bus roach

The room had a muggy smell. Water dripped from the ceiling, the ac had to be repaired twice. The safe was broken and had to be repaired and room service is super limited

They must re-install the A/C at the Buffet area ain't work. They are well maintained even though the hotel is old. the staff is friendly and professional.

The hotel is big and clean.The buffet has different varieties of food. The staff is friendly. Amazing shows for families at night. We couldn't enjoy the beach because of jellyfish, my daughter and I got stung pretty bad.

My son got sick from a food infection and we were in an emergency. The sea is dirty, the beach is clean. The pools were closed for 2 days. The electricity stopped several times a day. The hotel program also had good evenings. There was a lot of variety in the food. In the themed Italian restaurant, the pizzas were raw. The room cards were blocked every day and you have to go to the reception to have them released again and there were almost always many people waiting there. There is still a lot of work to be done to reach a good
