Seven modern bathrooms, a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen with top appliances, spacious living and dining areas, and a private terrace with pool and BBQ grill make every moment effortless. Full air conditioning, washer/dryer, and ample outdoor seating included.

This property is in a private community, and identification will be requested from all guests for access. Daily rates per person are $30 per adult (12 years and older), $15 per child (ages 4–12), and free for children under 4 years old. (Note: Rates increased to $30/adult and $15/child effective February 1, 2026, for stays under 30 days—confirm the exact current amount upon booking or arrival.)
