Holiday in La Rochelle

Lovely clean and modern house with all mod cons ( only issue was no towels were provided so had to go out first morning to buy some . Lots of bedding etc but no towels which was a little strange) nicely situated for getting to La Rochelle centre and Il de Re , must have a car . Some local bars, nice one locally done out like anAmerican Diner, and a supermarket , post office etc but bars close in the evenings so to eat out you must go back into La Rochelle centre .easy access for day trips to Isle de Re , toll bridge 16 euros . Very picturesque island, well worth a visit to all small villages around the island. Went to Rochefort for the day, Thursday was market day . Weather was excellent, only drawback was so so many flies we couldn’t open the French windows or sit or eat in garden . That was a shame .The house was well equipped and comfortable. Local residents very helpful and friendly . Would recommend for a visit. There are two bikes on the property but one had flat tyre so we bought a pump but the valve was a peculiar one and pump didn’t work. Would have been nice to ride for bread etc in the mornings . Communication with owner and key holder was excellent .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à La Rochelle. Le logement est au calme , spacieux, lumineux. Le petit plus la propreté du logement et l'accueil sur place par Mme Chevret qui nous a indiqué les commerces à proximité les activités à faire les lieux à visiter....

Appartement sur les environs de la Rochelle (Laleu)

Trés bel appartement avec un beau séjour et sa baie vitrée, sa grande chambre et une trés belle SdB. Je pense qu'une réservation aux beaux jours permettant d'exploiter la terrasse sera à étudier. Un trés grans MERCI à Mme CHEVRET pour son accueil, son écoute etc...Un logement que je peux conseiller pour un séjour d'une semaine, voir +++. Visiter la Rochelle, son port, l'ile de RE etc... Das Objekt liegt in einem wenig schönen Außenbezirk von La Rochelle. Um in die Stadt, den nĂ€chsten Supermarkt/BĂ€cker oder einen schönen Badestrand zu erreichen, benötigt man mindestens ein Fahrrad bzw. besser noch ein Auto. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns eine nette, Ă€ltere Dame, die ausschließlich Französisch spricht, was die Kommunikation erschwert hat. Das Objekt selbst war nicht richtig sauber geputzt und tw. auch Geschirr, GlĂ€ser, Bestecke, Töpfe, SchĂŒsseln. Das haben wir gemacht, um alles benutzen zu können und uns ein bisschen wohler zu fĂŒhlen. Es roch muffig, besonders im Bad. Das Haus ist ebenerdig und steht ca. 2 m von der der Straße zurĂŒck. Die Schlafzimmerfenster sind auf der Straßenseite angebracht. Der Parkplatz ist öffentlich.

Charmante location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison bien agencée et joliment décorée, située dans un quartier calme. La météo était au rendez-vous, ainsi nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de son barbecue (merci pour les pommes de pin !). Maison bien équipée avec sa douche à l'italienne, son grand frigo ainsi qu'avec sa jolie vaisselle. TrÚs bonne situation entre le pont de l'Ile de Ré et le vieux Port. La Rochelle est une belle ville dotée de grandes pistes cyclables trÚs agréables, le vélo est recommandé et apprécié. Merci au propriétaire pour cette superbe location qui reflÚte exactement l'annonce sur Abritel.

Belle location avec une bonne situation.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis dans cette location bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions en famille avec nos deux enfants et avons pu apprĂ©ciĂ©s la location qui Ă©tait fonctionnelle (chambres spacieuses mĂȘme avec un lit bĂ©bĂ©, salle d’eau avec douche Ă  l’italienne pratique avec des enfants, jardin fermé .) et bien situĂ©e pour pouvoir visiter La Rochelle et ses alentours.

TRES BON LOGEMENT

La maison est vraiment spacieuse et bien agencĂ©e. Elle est moderne et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il ne manque quasiment rien. Il ya mĂȘme deux vĂ©los Ă  disposition. Elle est situĂ©e dans un endroit calme et il est trĂšs facile de se garer. Il manque juste un grille pain qui serait utile. Ensuite, la maison est assez propre, mais le mĂ©nage qui doit ĂȘtre fait par les locataires n'est pas fait assez en profondeur. De ce fait, il a certains lieux qui sont oubliĂ©s. De plus, il n'y a pas de produits pour faire un mĂ©nage sĂ©rieux. A part cela, ce fut un trĂšs trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, Ă  quelques minutes en voiture du centre de La Rochelle. A recommander vivement.
