Great house and great location! Our extended family (kids included) really enjoyed our visit. Living areas are spacious and bedrooms are large and comfortable; 2 master bedrooms were EXTRA large and very luxurious. Caretaker is nearby, friendly and helpful.

Family trip

The house and Rueben were great. Was off the beaten path, but close enough to town that it was quite nice. Recommend renting an atv since a lot of travel with be on dirt roads around the house/town.

Amazing home with quiet beach

Brad and the property manager, Ruben, were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Ruben has great suggestions for restaurants and activities in La Ribera and Los Barilles. The house was beautiful and right on the beach which was quiet and clean. Our 5 year old twins had a blast and we cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful property. We unfortunately did not have great weather so couldn't enjoy the pool. A few issues were fixed quickly. Rueben was very good. The house is a bit more remote than I anticipated, but definitely worth it.

Awesome Beach House!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Ruben, the Property Manager, lives nearby and was very helpful! He even arranged for an ATV to be delivered to us, so we could drive on the beach and into town like a local. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a kayak and paddleboard for your use. Lighthouse Point Estates is a secure, beautiful community with a staffed gate. This property is a great value for a large family, especially compared to the nearby resort, which looks like it will be under construction forever. La Ribera is the hidden jewel of the East Cape and we had an excellent stay!
