Gorgeous condo on golf course with stunning lake views, waterfalls and mountains

STUNNING VIEWS!! Live within the serenity of a private lake with two waterfalls and marvel at the Santa Rosa Mountains. This gorgeous two-bedroom luxury condo is located in the Palmer Private area of PGA West, which boasts beautiful golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, and breathtaking mountain views. The condo was freshy painted outside at the end of August 2023. The inside of the condo was completely renovated in summer 2022 and includes custom cabinets, glass backsplash tile, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. The large pane window and sliders in the living / dining room are brand new and open up to a stunning west facing patio. A lovely study and laundry closet complete the main floor. A queen sofa bed is also located in Livingroom on main floor.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with their own smart TVs, EnSite baths and sliding doors to your private upper deck with fabulous waterfall and mountain views. Both bathrooms were totally renovated and include brand new custom vanities, mirrors, lighting, and new showers with marble/ceramic tile and tile floors. New carpet was just installed upstairs and in both bedrooms July 2022. The condo was freshly painted in October 2025 and a new air conditioning unit and lights were added.
You will find two sparkling pools with spas, one of them just steps away from your balcony door. The double car garage was recently insulated and drywalled and includes a new insulated garage door. This beautiful condo has been furnished with high-end furniture and is absolutely gorgeous!!!
Even better, this condo is close to Old Town La Quinta (with lots of shops and restaurants, and the La Quinta Arts Festival), Coachella (which hosts Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals), and Indian Wells Tennis Garden (which hosts BNP Tennis tournament). It is also a short drive to El Paseo and McCallum Theater. It is almost too good to be true!!
