This apartment is located in the Belle-Plagne resort at 2050m altitude in the heart of the Olympic Paradiski ski area.

Ideally located on the ground floor of the residence of Pierre de Soleil, it enjoys an accessible ski private terrace feet.

A ski locker is available on the ground floor of the building.

The slopes, the toboggan park and Bellecote gondola linking to the Roche de Mio and Glacier are accessible from the apartment.

Food stores and sports, restaurants and heated terraces, the tourist office, the ski school and the gathering point, the gondola and animations are in close proximity (closer than 30 m).

2eme fois que l’on vient ici, sans regret ! Alexandra est à l’écoute, tout est parfait. Si je peux faire une remarque : qq casseroles (en Téflon) sont très abîmées ; et info aux propriétaires de SUV avec coffre de toit, le plafond du parking est bas, une poutre porteuse sur chaque stationnement empêche de se garer. Obligé d’enlever le coffre. Sinon, RDV L’année prochaine!

sejour très agréable

Je recommande vivement ce logement. l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour chausser les skis et partir sur les pistes au pied de l'appartement. Les commerces sont également tout proche à 100 mètres. le propriétaire est très agréable et joignable à tout moment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très grande réactivité de l'hôte

Malheureusement les précédents locataires ont rendu l'appartement d'Alexandra dans un état déplorable ! Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place nous avons de suite contacté la propriétaire pour lui faire part de l'état de son appartement et des divers dégâts. Alexandra a de suite trouvé une solution. Nous avons dans les 10 minutes, été relogés chez ses voisins. Un appartement identique mais totalement refait à neuf et nous n'avons eu aucun supplément à payer. Nous remercions chaleureusement notre hôte pour sa réactivité et la gestion efficace de ce problème et nous regrettons le manque de respect total de certains locataires sans scrupule !

Magnifique séjour dans un logement idéalement bien situé

Nous y avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille (2 adultes + 3 enfants de 14, 11 et 8 ans). Le logement est idéalement situé et bien équipé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les explications de l’hôte étaient claires et précises concernant la procédure d’arrivée. Alexandra est bienveillante et très réactive aux messages. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Une situation idéale

Nous avons eu la plaisir de séjourner dans l'appartement pendant le congé de Pâques 2022 en famille, avec nos 3 enfants. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur de la station de Belle-Plagne. Le caractère piéton de la station avec tous les parking en souterrain est un pur bonheur. L'arrivée s'est passée comme sur des roulettes et l'appartement était tout à fait conforme à sa description. J'avais préalablement pu échanger qques émails avec la propriétaire qui était très sympathique, arrangeante et prévenante. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et ne manque pas d'espace de rangement. Avec son emplacement rdc, c'est très facile pour sortir directement dehors avec les enfants et le rdv ESF était juste derrière l'immeuble. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
