Not near anything you want to do. Maybe a good place to stay if you are working there. Not a tourist hotel. Too far from the beach. Felt like a dormitory at a university.

Room was kept very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the location, it took about 20 min to walk to Malecon. So take Uber.

The room was extremely small for a family of 3. I booked a double bed for my husband, daughter (7yrs old) and I and there was absolutely no space to get around the room with more than one person walking around. We can barely get through the front door with our luggage. The bathroom door and shower door hit. It literally felt like a shoebox. In addition, the ventilation was very poor. No balcony or window to open to let some air in. We felt like we were suffocating in the room. The towels were old and rough. We ended up buying our own towels at the local Walmart. It was so bad that we ended up leaving a day earlier. I would not recommend this hotel at all to any families. This review is solely based on the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly.

The property is in a good location the Malecón is a couple of streets down ,it can be walkable if the the heat isn't extreme or raining. We used the Didi service app which was wonderful and affordable, to get around. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were very small ,they seemed to be like an extra large twin bed. It ok for a single person ,but Not for 2 person . Also the pool was a bit run down and dirty, had to ask if they would clean it. Other then that its ok to stay if your on a budget.
