I had a room on the top floor with the best view of the city and mountains. The room was spotless. All staff are very courteous and helpful throughout my stay even calling transportation to the airport. The restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere, very chic. Also, the location is very central within the city. Easy access to public and private transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Paz.

For a small business hotel, it's pretty good in general. A few things could be improved, I asked for fresh towels, they keep. Re folding the towels and putting them back. At least one bottle of water per day in the room would be nice. There was no safe in my room. The food menu in the rstsursnt is very limited and never changes, it would be good to have some daily specials. The pizza was awful raw dough. I asked to cook it more and the top was burned but still raw dough inside :( staff were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke English pretty well.

Pleasantly surprised

We booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights and did not do much research on it before booking. We we're pleasantly surprised by how new and clean this hotel was for the price. WiFi worked great and we had a great view of the city. Great helpful staff and good location near all the main tourist attractions. Unfortunately we had to leave the country early due to Coronavirus border closings. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Paz.

Central location, clean and good service.

This centrally located hotel is a good option in La Paz. It is clean and the service is good. It has a nice view over the central square. It is also not too far from the airport (about 25 mins drive) so can be used to overnight from there if you are between flights.

Nice staff at reception and breakfast. Room are modern. Except the wooden doors. Beds very soft. Rooms are small, No space for bags and luggage. Nice bathroom. Breakfast ok. But no fresh orange juice and no normal cheese. You have to pay extra for hot chocolate. No hair dryer in the room.
