We had a lovely room overlooking the plaza out front. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of markets and restaurants, etc. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight being delayed and the staff was able to help us get checked in, no problem. We had a great stay!

Everyone was very polite and respectful. It all started at the airport with the shuttle driver that helped us with everything. The front desk staff well knowledgeable about addresses and services. Both days we had breakfast were kinda late, but people in charge of the cafeteria made extra effort to get us everything to get us satisfied with it. Excellent and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone for business or pleasure.

I had a room on the top floor with the best view of the city and mountains. The room was spotless. All staff are very courteous and helpful throughout my stay even calling transportation to the airport. The restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere, very chic. Also, the location is very central within the city. Easy access to public and private transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Paz.

Nice staff at reception and breakfast. Room are modern. Except the wooden doors. Beds very soft. Rooms are small, No space for bags and luggage. Nice bathroom. Breakfast ok. But no fresh orange juice and no normal cheese. You have to pay extra for hot chocolate. No hair dryer in the room.

I would recommend all the travellers to consider experience La Paz with this hotel. Their hospitality is one of the best hotels I have stayed all over the world. Rooms are clean, staff are nice and friendly, whenever you need them, they are there for you. (That’s no joke!) They are humble and make the best effort to make sure our stay comfy. You can feel their service for you is doing with their warmth heart which I appreciated it a lot. For me, the only problem, as we do open the door for fresh air at night to sleep. It could be noisy due to the car. But if you close the door or window, I believe it won’t be a concern. Receptions could also speak good English which I can be relaxed with my zero Spanish. Food in their restaurant is also fresh and delicious. Overall, worth for what you paid.
