This cozy country house "Los Aperos" lies at an Avocado finca in the green district of El Rincón but also near Puerto de la Cruz, the tourist resort in the north of Tenerife. From the windows of the villa you look at the sea and the house with its avocado and fruit trees. The approximately 60 m2 large villa has high laced with beamed ceilings. It consists of a living room with rustic kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The house is bright and has many lovely details that give it a special charm and coziness. Pretty much perfect in every way.
Delightful small house in the middle of a large garden. Lots of space both inside and out. Although it's only a few metres from the main road it's very peaceful. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Susana, the host is very helpful and has good English. She also provided some very welcome food including wine, coffee, bread, butter, water, cheese and ham.

Delightful cottage, with a private garden, set in a small avocado farm, overlooking the sea.
Los Aperos was perfect for us (fit seventies), near La Paz area and the Botanic Gardens of Puerto de la Cruz. We had a hire car for trips to the other beaches and the mountain areas of Tenerife, but also used public transport and taxis. It was lovely to return to the cottage each afternoon/evening and enjoy the peace and quiet and the birdsong. Susana was a perfect, welcoming and charming hoste, and the cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We hope to go again next summer. Jenny and Hammish

Wunderschönes kleines Haus auf einer Avocado-Finca
Die Casa los Aperos ist ein eigenständiges kleines Haus in einer Acocado-Finca, das von der Vermieterin Susana liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Den Kamin haben wir an kühlen Abenden Anfang März sehr geschätzt. Freudig überrascht wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft zudem durch eine Erstausstattung des Kühlschranks und einen Korb mit feinen Sachen, so dass für ein gemütliches Frühstück auf der Terrasse am ersten Morgen nichts fehlte. Die Finca liegt ruhig aber dennoch nahe Puerto de la Cruz, so dass wir Entspannung und Unternehmungen gut mit einander verbinden konnten. Susana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die auf unaufdringliche Art alles dafür tat, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Ich war bereits fünfmal im Norden Teneriffas. Die Casa los Aperos war von allen die bei weitem schönste und angenehmste Unterkunft.

Wunderschönes Objekt
Tolle Lage in einer Avocadoplantage mit Meerblick. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Reizende Besitzerin, die uns mit einer Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln und frischen Blumen empfangen hat. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Sehr empgehlenswert. Sabine und Felix März 2024

Herausragend
Die Finca liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten mit altem Baumbestand, blühenden Büschen und Rosensträuchern. Innen ist das separat stehende Haus bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Susana, die Vermieterin, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einer umfangreichen Verpflegung für die ersten Tage versorgt. Nur wenige Meter von der Finca entfernt befindet sich eine Busstation, von der aus man Puerto de la Cruz und Santa Cruz direkt erreichen kann. Zu Fuß lässt sich über einen landschaftlich schönen Weg der Bollullo Strand und auch Puerto de la Cruz erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Finca wärmstens empfehlen.

Urlaub wie zu Hause
Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Nachdem die Eingangstür geöffnet war haben wir uns einfach nur zu Hause gefühlt. Diese Finca ist ein wahres Kleinod. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Ein Ort, der einen zum Wiederholungstäter werden lassen wird.

A good place to enjoy your holyday
Die Unterkunft war erstklassig, alles was angeboten wurde stand in gutem Zustand zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthaltsort verfügt über eine gute Busverbindung, sodass nicht immer das Mietauto genommen werden muss.

Ein ruhiges Kleinod
Wir haben uns auf der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben. Hübsch eingerichtet, gute Betten, schöner Blick von der Terrasse, eine tolle Gastgeberin, die für wirklich alles vorgesorgt hat (Danke für die Lebensmittel bei Ankunft! Das war weit mehr als eine Geste!). Susanna ist sehr herzlich und nett und trotzdem ganz zurückhaltend. Super fanden wir auch die gute Busanbindung nach Orotava und Puerto, die wir oft genutzt haben, sogar bis zum Strand El Soccoro, da es da an einem schönen Wochenende auch schon mal keinen Parkplatz mehr gibt. Also: wenn wieder Teneriffa, auf jeden Fall wieder dort.
