"The Butler" is a beautiful villa set in a highly desirable location in Corralejo. The villa is within an exclusive private development. Overlooking the Natural Park sand dunes, its just minutes into town or to the stunning golden sandy beaches. It's also very close to the fabulous water park and bustling "El Campanario" center, encompassing bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and a great supermarket. The landscaped private gardens host to larger than average private pool, heated in winter, with mosaic tiles and Roman steps to the shallow end, covered in the cool dining area with its own bar and plenty of space to sunbath and relax in the large patio areas. Satellite TV and wifi. The perfect place for kitesurfers, really close to the spot of Flag Beach. A true home from home.

Giovani was the perfect host he was there when we needed him and he let us enjoy our holiday he came over to clean the pool one day, the villa was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, six beers were left in the fridge for us on our arrival which was greatly appreciated, the pool was nice and warm also a good size for a decent swim

We arranged our airport pick up with Giovanni, the host, and everything went smoothly as arranged. On arrival at the Villa Giovanni gave us a quick tour of the Villa explaining the facilities, etc and also provided us with water, milk and bread for our first morning cuppaThe Villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. It has no air conditioning but the cool breeze from outside helped keep the temperature inside at night manageable when sleeping. The outside pool area and garden was fantastic. Loads of space to spread out our 4 sun beds we used and the pool was one of the largest we have had. Location wise, it took us about 7 minutes walking to get to the first shopping centre that had a large supermarket, shops and restaurants then a further 15-20 mins to reach the main town. Taxis were really cheap for the return journeysWe had a great holiday and highly recommend this Villa

Wonderful stay in excellent villa

We had a wonderful stay at this very lovely villa. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for an amazing holiday. We had the best time enjoying the heated pool and chilling in the sun. It’s in a perfect location with a short walk to El Campanario with restaurants, supermarket and artisan market and 5 minute drive to a fabulous beach. We are long time visitors to Fuerteventura and this was our best holiday yet.

This home was just perfect, everything went so smoothly. Everything you may need is ready for you. There are shops and restaurants very close by and the restaurants are fantastic. Our host Giovanni was very helpful and available for all of our needs, we will definitely stay there again when we return for another trip!

Perfect holiday

Loved the villa, location and the sea! Had no idea that the sea of Fuerteventura would be that beautiful. It was like a rainbow of blues. Loved the swimming and snorkelling. Quiet villa with easy access to main area

The villa was in a quiet residential street, within 10 mins walk to supermarket and cafes/bar. The main strip with ample shops/bars/waterfront restaurants etc is a good 30 minute walk, or 5 minutes in a car. Parking can be found right outside property or you can park inside as has a gate and forecourt. The host Giovanni was very accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would say would be that if you are expecting luxury, with matching towels and plump pillows, then this is not the place for you. If you want a great pool, quiet neighbourhood, amenable host and room to spread out (family of four) then book immediately. The road noise from dune buggies didn't really affect our enjoyment and if you get the chance to do a tour, then go for it -it's great fun although you get very dusty!

Great outdoor space

We stayed for 3 weeks in March and really enjoyed it. Giovanni met us on arrival and was very helpful. The welcome pack of a few beers and water in the fridge were appreciated. The co host Alberto was our contact for the duration of our stay but we didn't have reason to call on him. We did meet on check out day as he was equally as friendly and helpful as Giovanni. The outdoor space and large heated pool are the best features. We catered for ourselves half the time we were there and found everything we needed in the kitchen. You notice the beach buggies going past on the road each day but otherwise the close proximity of the road wasn't an issue at all. The main bedroom ensuite and living room sofa could do with a deep clean but otherwise we couldn't fault the property. The walk into the old town along the beach is really pleasant and only takes about 25 minutes. The Dino Express store is a short walk away and the bigger Dino supermarket is only about 10 minutes away. We would certainly stay again if we were visiting Corralejo.

Just wonderful !

This well equipped property is perfect for a family holiday. Great location with fantastic views of the dunes yet just a short walk to the bars, restaurants and the supermarket at El Campanario. We would have no hesitation in returning and found Giovanni to be immensely helpful and easy to deal with.

Things that need addressing

Hi been several times lovely place but was a little disappointed with pool was very Green water normally it nice and clear blue also the pool lights didn’t work at night Could do with updating the bed around pool area showing there age Some minor things as it sleeps 6 people it would be nice to have 6 mugs for drinks and the same with the glasses for beer and pop But apart from that I will definitely be using the Villa again would have used it in October this year but it’s booked up had find a different one Darren

Lovely holiday

We had a great holiday in this quality, spacious villa. Location good for shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Corralejo strip/centre (about 20-30 mins) Pool was a lovely temperature (don't expect 'hot tub' temps - but at 26 degrees it felt very pleasant, particularly when the wind was chilly) Comfortable beds and efficient showers. Loved the covered outside seating area which was perfect for playing cards/games in the evening whilst relaxing with a glass of Cava - the bbq was great too. Restful, peaceful Villa

Overall very happy indeed with the Villa. It had everything we needed and extra bedding/towels were available. The owner, Giovanni, could not have been more helpful. He came every week to clean the pool and if anything more had be needed he would have sorted it straight away.

Stayed for 2 weeks after rearranging for the last 2 years! It was great to be back on the island and nice to see Giovanni who always gives you a nice welcome. The villa is great with a lovely large swimming pool which came in handy for chill days. Excellent property with super-friendly management

We stayed as a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 small children) for two weeks in Giovanni and Caterina’s house in Corralejo. What was impressive from the start was how quickly and helpful all communication prior to the trip was. When we had a question Giovanni would respond within minutes, and always in a friendly and helpful fashion. Caterina gave us an equally warm welcome and a quick tour of the property and we stayed in touch during the stay for things like restaurant recommendations or to borrow tents and a parasol. The house itself has everything you could possibly need, the large and beautifully tiled pool being the main attraction. It is especially useful that each of the bedrooms has a separate bathroom. Some if the appliances and furniture could use a little love, the dish washer had some broken compartments, the washing machine a broken handle, a bathroom door that scrapes the floor and is loud especially in the night… but nothing serious, just the usual wear and tear. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in a comfortable stay in Corralejo, and would like to thank Giovanni and Caterina again for being such great hosts!

Very pleasant stay - great host

Very spacious villa equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area and swimming pool are the highlight of the property, the pool is a very good size and was well used. Communication with Giovanni from booking all the way through was excellent. You can easily walk to local shops (10 mins) and Corralejo centre in approximately 20 minutes. The only Minor irritant was the road noise from the dune buggies which go by occasionally other than that the neighbourhood is very quiet. Thanks Giovanni we has a great time

Fantastic Villa - Will not disappoint

Before arrival on the island, Giovanni kept us updated on the covid situation in the Canary Islands as well as offering help with any car hire, special trips we wanted to make while there. We were greeted at the Villa by Giovanni who showed us around the place, pointing out any important bits which was really useful, he also left some refreshment in the fridge as a welcome surprise! The villa itself is lovely and spacious, great for two families sharing as each room has its own bathroom, including one with a bath that our infant son enjoyed each evening. We were also provided with a high chair and cot for our son. The Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as every kitchen item you could ask for, excellent for home cooking. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the master bedrooms was huge including a large balcony terrace overlooking the pool area and sand dunes; every morning we would wake up to the sunrise over the sea. Outside there is a large heated pool with a lovely garden area and big dining space that is covered and had outdoor lighting which was handy for alfresco evenings. There is also a classic Spanish barbecue which Giovanna kindly supplied us with kindling to make use of it. To the front there is a large outdoor space with gated entry to off road parking. Every bathroom had shower gel/shampoo and kitchen dishwasher tablets etc which was a nice touch as we expected to purchase these ourselves. The Villa as a whole was spotless, and you could see they had really made an effort to make you feel at home and safe considering we traveled in Dec 2020 during Covid. Throughout our stay, Giovanni would keep in contact to arrange linen changeovers and would arrange this to suit us, as well as offering additional heaters should we have wanted them as we had a few cold days in a row on the island. Overall, my family and I were really happy with our stay and would love to return again. We've stayed in villas on the island before, but this was by far our best experience with in terms of the property and service provided by Giovanni. Anyone wishing to stay here would not be disappointed.

A Great Villa

Communication with Giovanni the villa owner was excellent, he responded to all my questions very quickly. He was there to greet us when we arrived at the villa and took the time to show us around the villa. The villa is lovely, a real comfortable home from home, with everything you need. The outside area is fantastic, with a real good sized pool. The villa is in a great location looking over the sand dunes, with distant sea views. You have supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by at the El Campanario shopping centre. The Music Square and Old Town is an easy flat 30 minute walk or less than 5 euros in a taxi. We had a fantastic stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Had a fabulous week as a family at the villa owned by Giovanni. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries I had prior to the holiday were promptly answered via e-mail by Giovanni. The property was spacious and clean and I was nicely surprised that shower gel etc was supplied. Good location as near to beaches, shops and plenty of restaurants. The pool was large and a lot of fun was had. Transfer from the airport can also be arranged via Giovanni at a reasonable price. Everything went very smoothly and would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Giovanni for all your help. The Jenkins family.

Brilliant villa outstanding quality

Just wow!

Giovanni has a fantastic villa. Everything you need is provided. The pool kept our 3 children entertained for hours, it's huge and plenty deep enough. The location was far enough away not to be affected by late night revellers but easy walking distance to a great selection of shops and bars / restaurants. There was plenty to do in the local area and everyone is so friendly and helpful. A very welcoming holiday destination, we loved it!

Lovely stay

This property was great and matched all expectations, we had the best time staying here! Giovanni is a lovely host who makes sure you are fully happy with everything. It is in a very good location and has all facilities that we may have needed. The pool is an amazing size and lives up to pictures, the bedrooms are also well furnished and very comfortable!
