Schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Das Haus ist wirklich schön, mitten in einem kleinen Dorf, das kein Restaurant oder Supermarkt hat. Auto zwingend erforderlich. Es gibt noch 4 oder 5 weitere Häuser direkt angebaut (kann man auf googlemaps gut erkennen). Die Bilder entsprechen soweit der Realität, man muss aber ehrlicher Weise auch sagen, dass die vermutlixh direkt nach Fertigstellung des Hauses vor ein paar Jahren gemacht wurden. Die Sonnenliegen beispielsweise sind sehr schmutzig, ebenso der Toaster, die Kaffeemaschine, die Fugen im Bad. Da schaut man einfach nicht hin seitens der Verantwortlichen. Gäste schauen aber hin. Tolle große Schiebetür, aber bekommt man auch nur mit viel Kraftaufwand zu. Da ist was kaputt. Badezimmertür auch nicht alle in Ordnung, Toilettenspülung tropft die ganze Nacht. Zimmer sind alle gleich groß, 2 Bäder vorhanden. In einem aber leider nur eine Badewanne, wo man noch nicht einmal einen Halter an der Wand für den Duschkopf hat. Wer badet im Urlaub??? Kühlschrank und Herd hat funktioniert. Die Ausststtung in den Schränken könnte verbessert werden. Handtücher gab es 2 pro Person, wir hatten 4, weil wir nur zu dritt waren. Ist aber zu wenig. Zumal nur große Badetücher und kein einziges kleines Handtuch. Better sind aus meiner Sicht sehr bequem, ist aber Geschmackssache. Fliegennetz am Bett vorhanden, das wird auch dringend benötigt. Ziemlich viele Moskitos unterwegs.
Also ich finde es ist ein schönes Haus, für den Preis erwarte ich aber, dass alles tiptop in Ordnung ist, ohne dass man das bei Ankunft reklamieren muss. Ach ja. Noch eine Kleinigkeit zum Schluss. Das Haus war nicht wie angekündigt ab 15 Uhr bezugsfertig! Wir wurden aber pünktlich um 10 Uhr hinausbegleitet. Das sollte besser organisiert sein.
Ich kann das Haus dieses Vermieters trotzdem empfehlen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die kleinen Kritikpunkte auch wahrgenommen werden.
