This luxury holiday beach apartment in the small development Marfolin is situated in the quiet fishing village El Cotillo directly on the beach, overlooking the famous lagoons of El Cotillo. Built to a very high specification Development Marfolin is situated in one of the best locations on Fuerteventura, with the most incredible views. The terrace is in excess of 115m², and totally private with drying/utility room. Spacious open plan lounge, modern fully fitted kitchen with grey polished granite work surfaces, including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron & board and everything else you need to feel at home. Master bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with wardrobe and a second bathroom. The bathrooms are fully tiled and have large walk-in shower, wc, bidet and sink in a vanity unit.

Super Zustand , traumhafter Ausblick, nette Vermieter

Das Appartment war in 1a Zustand, die Betten waren bequem , 2 moderne Badezimmer mit großen Duschen, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Nur der Fernseher funktionierte nicht (aber dafür waren wir ja auch nicht auf Fuerte). Schwimmbad war super sauber und groß). Der Strand und dieBucht fantastisch. Die wirklich riesige aber oft windige Dachterasse hatte tollen Blick auf Bucht und Sternenhimmel. Die Übergabe durch Arcotrust war absolut problemlos. El Cotillo ist toll, nicht überlaufen und nette Restauranrs - mit frischen Fisch echt gutes Essen auch im El Sitio im Marfolin-Gebäude. Die französische Bäckerei um die Ecke immer voll aber mit fantastischen Brot, Rosinenschnecken und Cappuccino. Kleiner etwas teurerer Supermarkt im Hotelgebäude am Eck großer Supermarkt am Ortseingang hat alles (Frischfisch, Käse und Wurst). Wer mit Kind kicken will - Richtung Hafen gibt es ein Spielplatz mit Bolzkäfig auf Kunstrasen (vormittags Schlüssel im HOTEL Laif holen) Alles in allem - dicke Empfehlung
