Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and when I asked to borrow an iron were embarrassed to tell me that they didn’t have one as a guest had stolen it. The lack of being able to iron my creased clothes caused me anxiety and disbelief when I was told they couldn’t buy a new one.

Nous comptions rĂ©ellement nous dĂ©tendre et profiter de la piscine. Par contre elle n'Ă©tait pas Ă  la tempĂ©rature idĂ©ale ( 26°), un peu juste pour une fin janvier. La prochaine fois , nous demanderons par tĂ©lĂ©phone la tempĂ©rature afin de finaliser notre location. Nous sommes trĂšs déçus, nous l'avons signalĂ©, cela a Ă©tĂ© notĂ©, mais nous n’avons pas eu de retour le jour mĂȘme.

On a rĂ©servĂ© la chambre pour un week-end Ă  2. Chambre propre et correcte. Je ne cache pas que l'espace bien-ĂȘtre est plus petit que j'imagine. Mais l'expĂ©rience Ă©tait bonne avec le sauna et hammam. J'ai bien aimĂ© la tisanerie qui Ă©tait super relaxante aprĂšs la sĂ©ance de sauna :) Dommage pour la piscine fermĂ©e Ă  cause de l'intempĂ©ries. La chambre 117 au niveau de la salle de bain, l'eau coule dans la chambre quand on prend une douche . La télévision l'avait pas toutes les chaßnes. Il manque une poubelle dans la chambre car il y a une que dans la salle de bain .refait les joints (moisissures). Pour le petit-déjeuner préférable que le personnel prennent note ou donner une feuille aux clients avec tout les aliments pour que il coche ce qu'ils veulent. Car c'était brouillon.
