Seasonal rental 2019 new independent villa of modern style of 150m ² habitable and a terrace of 75m ² on a flat ground of 550m ² with closed and sported swimming pool located in edge of the port with impregnable view on the sea and the islands of gold.
First level with 10 beds in 4 large bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 each and a room with 2 beds of 140 including, each a large French window giving for two on a balcony, 2 bathrooms with each a walk-in shower and a piece of furniture with sinks and window and a separate toilet with also window.
On the second floor: A large terrace overlooking the south and east with a breathtaking view of the sea and the golden islands (Port Cros and the Levant) and the official residence of the head of state Fort Brégançon and including a large 10 seat TECH table with matching chairs and a rattan lounge with a 3 seater sofa, a large armchair, a large ottoman and a coffee table; a large room with three large sliding windows overlooking the terrace, serving as living room with 2 leather sofas and a large TV on furniture, and living room with a large table with chairs, an American kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave , dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob with extractor hood, coffee makers and Nespresso and all the necessary dishes, Cellar with fridge freezer. 1WC independent and a storeroom with a large fridge freezer (each with a window).

Superbe villa
Magnifique villa neuve totalement conforme aux photos et à la description. Très bien située à proximité des plages avec une vue époustouflante sur Brégançon et Port-Cros. Très bien équipée, dommage que la saison et le temps ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Seul regret, qu’au moins une salle de bain ne dispose pas d’une baignoire pour les jeunes enfants
