Plenty of parking, rooms are very modern and lights are all bright. Noticed one LED bulb wasnt functioning properly but of course there were plenty more in the room, so no issues there. Bed was super comfy and pillows were very decent as well.

Was there for a funeral and did not need room for 2nd night. They said, you will still be charged. La Junta is not a place that fills up a hotel so they just wanted to take advantage and charge me for a night I didn’t stay.

The grounds were unkept with weeds and partially trimmed bushes. No internet (not their fault) but they didn't seem to have ideas on how to compensate for the inconvenience (it was the NBA playoff night).. fewer items for breakfast than usual (no fried potatoes or bacon).. it was recently redecorated (thanks!) but the workmanship was poor with poor grouting, new hardware on old doors that didn't fit etc.
