The room was clean and updated. My wife and daughter both said it was cute so guess that is good. The parking is the best. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Area was quiet and safe. The shower was very nice. There was a refrigerator in the room but not a microwave. Would definitely stay again!

Quite area close to shops. Walkable to bird rock ( vwry close) and windnsea (1.4 miles) Room was clean and comfy No free breakfast, but they did have free coffee.

I love the added little touches that were an "upgrade" for the room such as a standing desk and light that gives you the temperature of the room. Very clean, especially the pool which I find can be a hit or miss at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions that I had about the stay. As someone who needed to be displaced from my home due to flooding and mold exposure, this was a very refreshing stay for me during this time. Thank you!

I lost my reservation number and called the hotel 8 times that day, no one answered the phone. No one emailed me until 2am in the morning saying they left the key. They then charged me $100 after paying Expedia, they gave me a credit of $ 15.00. I kept trying to get a person and only a text saying they are not responsible for not answering the phone.
