Spend amazing days sunning yourself on the beach, only 20m away, when you stay in our spacious 62m2 apartment in La Grande Motte! Enjoy the sun on the long sandy beaches, just 20m away, or relax in the thalassotherapy centre, right next door! Our comfortable space is the perfect destination for families or friends looking for a stress-free holiday.

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 Double bed in a bedroom and 1 Bunk bed in another bedroom. You'll also find a Single sofa bed and a Double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bedroom linen!

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, which feature a shower and a separate WC. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the Sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV (which may only offer French channels). You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find a set of cooking hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Dunes du Soleil where our space is conveninetly located. These include access to the small heated outdoor pool (available from April to September) and the on-site bike storage (available for an additional charge). If you're travelling by car, enjoy free outdoor parking is available on-site as well as paid underground parking (reserve upon booking).

Please let us know if you're interested in bringing your furry best friend with you and we'll do our best to accommodate your pet! If you're travelling with little ones, let us know and you can reserve baby equipment for €8/day.

Upon arrival, a fully-refundable damage deposit of €300, a small daily tourist tax, and a small daily eco tax will be collected. An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and drivers licenses are not valid. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included!

At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. Enjoy the view from Point Zero, just a minute away! Kids will love the carrousel, located on the beach only a 5-minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at La Rascasse, a 10-minute walk away.

• If you're travelling with your little one, baby kits (chair, tub, and bed) are available for €8/day
• TV may only offer channels in French
• We have a number of different listings for this unit and the views, decor, and bedding configurations may differ from the photos
• Please let us know if you're interested in bringing your furry best friend with you and we'll do our best to accommodate your pet for an additional charge of €12/pet/day. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
