The pools are beautiful and clean. There is a variety of heat from very hot to lukewarm to a refreshing cool in the large pool. The grounds are beautiful with flowering plants and lots of birds. The breakfast is really good. Great value for this lodge.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds, amazing scenery and thermal pools. There are ants everywhere, and some small ones got in our open snacks we had in our room, but not a big deal. I would stay here again, very nice!

Clean room. Amenities at hotel were nice. Sometimes in evening felt ignored if you were not directly in the restaurant for food. Hot tub great and individual room hot tub nice. A little bit too hot. I wish there was a way to add some cold water to moderate it. Grounds lovely and felt very private. Felt safe. Nice to walk around. Staff overall nice and helpful. Clean rooms and towels.

It was an excellent experience for our family with a toddler. Many families, playground and pools. We had a private thermal pool and the backyard was 5 star. Inside was rustic cozy (3 star). The outside grounds, thermal pool and breakfast 5 star.

Lovely hotel, the pools and hot springs were lovely. The room we had would have had the patio facing out to the volcano which would have been amazing (just it was overcast when we were there so didn't get the volcano view sadly). But the breakfast is great as well

This place worked fine, but it is pretty dated. The hot springs are kind of gross to be honest, but the pool is nice. Restaurant and food were pretty good. Room was clean, but a little dated. The whole place just looked like it was in need of an overhaul.
