The views obviously are breath taking, but the staff was honestly top notch! We always felt prioritized, and heard! Our room had a beautiful view of the Volcano and was always clean. The property was always clean and well managed. The pool and scenery was breath taking! Would highly recommend

Beautiful property with multiple hot spring pools/ jacuzzis amidst natural greenery. the balcony from our room (and all rooms i believe) faced the volcano which made for a beautiful sight. I also enjoyed a hot stone massage at the spa which was excellent, and utilized the spa thermal pool and jacuzzi as well. nice complementary breakfast and polite staff.

It was super beautiful and everyone is so friendly and speaks great English. It’s a much smaller resort and has a more intimate feel. Would highly reccomend, and we got lucky and the fog cleared up one day so we could see the full volcano.

I would recommend a used towel bin in the hot spring pool area. The staff and service was great. Since I am Celiac I would have appreciated the breakfast buffet to have signage regarding allergies, the staff was great to get someone to be able to point out the gluten free options.
