Clean , great facilities. Outdoor kitchen was well prepared for making meals. Hot tub (not heated) was a nice surprise. Hosts very efficient and responded well to any requests. The best part of my trip to La Fortuna was staying at this hotel. The rooms were nicely furnished, absolutely spotless, A/C was extremely efficient, and having laundry on site was very useful. Rooms had Smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming channels. This is the only place I will stay at in La Fortuna going forwards.

From the moment we stepped through the front door, it felt as if we had entered a spa or oasis. The entire space is welcoming and comfortable. Our room had an outside terrace surrounded by lush plants. The room is thoughtfully designed and works well. The bed, pillows and bedding were conducive to sleeping. The rain shower was a pleasure. The common area includes a kitchen, which we used to make our breakfast as well as a washer and dryer, an appreciated extra. Our hosts were extraordinarily helpful, making excellent suggestions and booking activities, as well as restaurants. They responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. This was truly one of the nicest times places we have ever stayed at. We would highly recommend and look forward to our next opportunity to stay here.
