Breakfast was great, especially the first day as they made delicious French toast. The waffles were good them second day but not great, needed some peanut butter available for toast, French toast, and waffles. The coffee in the cafe bar was top notch but unfortunately not available in the morning. The in room coffee was decent but the coffee at the breakfast was not great. It would be worth bringing your own coffee grounds to the room. Service at restaurant and checkin were excellent. The hot springs were fantastic and well used. Very good fitness room and great massage staff

The thermal pools and spas were wonderful!! They drain each night and refill with fresh water everyday. The rooms were top notch. We had a room with a view of Arenal Volcano and a hot tub. We enjoyed the food. Breakfast is free and they put on a dinner buffet that is $30 per person that is well worth it. Definitely recommend!!

Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!

This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped.

So very pleased with everything about our stay at Paradise Hot Springs. All of the staff was súper attentive and professional. The thermal pools were emptied and pressure cleaned every day (impressive), then obviously refilled. Everything was constantly being maintained and cleaned. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The location was peaceful and quiet. Loved our time there. Highly recommend this stay.
