The room was clean, although there was some mold in the bathroom. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, our junior suite had a hot-tub that did not work very well and the sliding glass door seal was broken so you could not see through the glass. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Property was not downtown but still walkable to restaurants. Nice pool area and they actually had HOT hot tubs! The other places we went didn’t. So we were happy to sit in a hot one in the evenings. Clean and nice rooms. We were in building two with a perfectly clear view of the volcano! Bar upstairs was nice. Buffet breakfast was great, especially the omelette station for my son! Great place to stay in La Fortuna!

The hot springs were quite cold, and the 20% spa discount offered through Expedia was not honored. Only one elevator was working at times, which was inconvenient. Honestly, for the price, there are better hotel options with more reliable service.

The property is close to downtown La Fortuna. It's right off the main road, which I loved. There's a security guard at the gate at all times. This made us feel safe. The rooms were spacious and fully stocked with bathroom toiletries, minie fridge and coffee maker. No microwave however. The breakfast was buffet style with many fruit options and pastries. It also had an omelet station. We enjoyed it very much. The whirlpool hot tub was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend staying here when in town.
