Consistent communication from property manager - whatever we needed and asked for was instantly responded with a solution or recommendation. Exceptional cleanliness and perfect location. Few minutes from all kinds of activities and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean private suites with private outdoor tub. Comes equipped with coffee maker, coffee, sugar, hotplate, microwave and fridge and some basic kitchen supplies. Amazing accommodations, would definitely recommend!

This location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on the property.

Our stay at Bauma was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, parking lot was paved, jacuzzi was a good size & the bathroom plus shower were very spacious. It is closer to La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive into the downtown area. There is a small market down the street as well. We would definitely return back to stay here!

This location is fairly new in an up and coming location near La Fortuna center. The facility was great. Very spacious for a family of four (parents and two teenagers). The staff was awesome. Helped set up an itinerary and have everything taken care of for us. Of the 5 days of events, 3 of them provided transportation directly from Bauma to the location. They did offer full transportation but we wanted to explore. UBER is illegal there, but you can use it. You just have to have someone ride in the front seat. All of the locations that Bauma suggested were great. These included a floating raft tour, a full day combination tour including ending at a hot springs and an ATV tour. If you rent a car like we did, just be prepared for a "White Knuckle" drive through the mountains to get to La Fortuna.

The villa had 3 rooms/2baths and kitchen w a private pool. Amazing property! The modern ethnic decor was impeccable. Love this accommodation in La Fortuna, definitely worth it! Easy to use Uber to restaurants 3-5min away

The room was well maintained and very comfortable. Clean and updated. I would absolutely stay here again. The concierge was super helpful! They reached out to me a little over a week before my trip and helped me to book my shuttle service, excursions and make dinner reservations. 10/10 Would recommend!

New property. Everything is great near perfect. Due to the weather, we did t get the chance to enjoy the pool that much but it looks great though. Full size kitchen is very convenient. Don’t have front desk which is perfectly fine for us, checking in and out is super easy.
