Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! This location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on the property.

Our stay at Bauma was fantastic! The staff were very helpful, parking lot was paved, jacuzzi was a good size & the bathroom plus shower were very spacious. It is closer to La Fortuna waterfall and a short drive into the downtown area. There is a small market down the street as well. We would definitely return back to stay here!
