Our double qn room was clean and very comfortable. The mini fridge was a nice bonus. But the thermal pools were the hit of the stay! Varied in temperature, clean and beautifully situated amongst the garden vegitation with well lit paths (for evening soaks). Staff are helpful and engaging. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to friends and family. An incredible value for the price!

The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area.
