We really enjoyed our bunglow type room. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the best freshest juices! The property with all the hot spring pools was awesome even tho the hot springs were alittle luke warm. We enjoyed an amazing couples massage - highly recommend! Staff and service was top notch. We look forward to staying there again and are thinking about bringing our children and grandchildren with as its a perfect place for a family vacation!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I booked a massage right before they were closing and was thus able to enjoy a very peaceful and amazing massage. I also forgot my swimwear at the pool and they were sweet to keep it and I was able to collect it later when I remembered haha.

We are so happy that we chose Arenal Manoa resort for our 5 night stay! From the minute we arrived, the staff really took care of us! Everything was excellent! The rooms (we had a junior superior suite), the Manoa Spa, the restaurant La Saca, the pools!!!! It was such a beautiful kept property, we would definitely go back!

Our stay at Arenal Manoa & Hot Springs Resort was truly special. The staff went above and beyond, leaving us a thoughtful surprise to celebrate our anniversary - it was such a sweet touch that made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. The views of Arenal Volcano were nothing short of breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of this natural wonder was an unforgettable experience that added to the magic of our stay. The restaurant also delivered with its delicious food, serving up flavorful dishes. The hot springs were a unique highlight, offering a variety of pools that allowed for privacy and relaxation. While they weren’t as hot as expected, the abundance of options made up for it. We actually found ourselves spending more time in the hot tub, where the warmth was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything is top notch and staff is excellent. Lots of food options with healthy food readily available. Absolutely gorgeous property with beautiful volcano views! Happy hours at each pool and many hot springs to relax in after a long day. There were tons of animals out and about at any given time and the lush plants around made you feel deep in the rainforest! It’s also super close to downtown La Fortuna, the waterfall, volcano national park, etc. so perfect location! The staff was absolutely incredible. They offered us a complimentary meal on our last night as appreciation for our stay- I was blown away by the personalized touches and hospitality from all of the employees I interacted with. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

The grounds are gorgeous and the hot springs are nice and warm. The room is simple and plain. The beds are okay. It was cloudy when we visited so we missed the Volcanic view. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety; although we found the food to be mediocre.

We have stayed at numerous hotels internationally and we can honestly say that Arenal Manoa is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hotel itself is beautiful (the scenery is stunning and wildlife is incredible) and our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel facilitates were well looked after and the pool area was always clean. The hot springs were wonderful and there are plenty of them, even when it was busier. The staff are incredibly friendly and could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We would especially like to thank José, Carlos and Edwin who served us multiple times - they were so helpful and friendly, and really helped to make our experience memorable. The food was slightly expensive compared to local restaurants, but was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. We would recommend Arenal Manoa to anyone visiting the La Fortuna area and would love to visit again one day. Thank you Arenal Manoa!
