SĂ©jour magnifique au calme

Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine dans cette maison. L’emplacement est vraiment privilĂ©giĂ© au bord de l’ocĂ©an Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage de sables blancs. En mĂȘme temps c’est trĂšs calme. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la plage et des balades.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist ok, bis auf einen Mixer haben wir nichts vermisst. Im Erdgeschoss sind einige Renovierungen vorgenommen worden, im 1.OG soll es, wie der Verwalter sagte, demnĂ€chst weiter gehen. Wir werden dieses Haus definitiv nocheinmal mieten.

Emplacement de rĂȘve

Belle semaine passĂ©e dans cette maison de famille qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un emplacement incroyable sur la plage de Kerleven avec une vue imprenable . La proximitĂ© du port est Ă©galement un plus. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Erwan et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un emplacement et une vue d'exception

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour Ă  8 dans cette maison. La baie du salon permet de voir toute la baie de la ForĂȘt Fouesnant. C'est gĂ©nial de pouvoir voir l'Ă©volution de la baie au grĂ© des vents et des heures de la journĂ©e. On voit le phare des GlĂ©nans le soir. On voit aussi les bateaux entrer et sortir du port. PossibilitĂ© d'emmener sa planche Ă  voile, wingfoil, kayak, ou paddle, et de les stocker dans le jardin, et de les mettre Ă  l'eau Ă  pied avec un petit chariot. Le chenal de mise Ă  l'eau (Ă  droite de la plage) est Ă  200 m et accessible par un trĂšs large sentier. Quelques jeux pour enfants au bout du sentier. TrĂšs pratique. AccĂšs Ă  la plage pour la baignade direct depuis le portail. ActivitĂ© de bouĂ©es tractĂ©es sur la plage (trĂšs populaire). Jardin trĂšs sympa. PossibilitĂ© de manger dehors sur la terrasse et de voir la mer. PossibilitĂ© de garer deux voitures devant la maison. Port de Fouesnant Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds. DĂ©part de navettes pour les GlĂ©nans depuis le port. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs chaleureuse.

Superbes vacances

Excellentes vacances dans cette maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e, il n’y a qu’à pousser le portillon du jardin pour ĂȘtre sur la plage. En fond d’impasse, jardin sĂ©curisĂ© et agrĂ©able, parfait pour les enfants. Paisible, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Les chambres sont confortables (2 en RDC, 2 Ă  l’étage) et salles de bains parfaites pour une famille et Ă©quipĂ©e PMR pour celle du RDC. Le logement est presque accessible en fauteuil roulant (seuls les WC du RDC ne sont pas trĂšs adaptĂ©s et le plan inclinĂ© a l’entrĂ©e nĂ©cessite un peu d’énergie). L’accueil du gestionnaire immobilier trĂšs sympathique et chaleureux. Une petite attention avec des spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Les environs sont Ă  explorer avec gourmandise et pour les amateurs de sports nautiques il y a tout pour s’éclater.
