'Rebel without a Cove' is strategically located in a quiet cove around the point from the beautiful Shanghai Marina. Your family and friends will spend all day swimming and in the pristine water of Norris Lake. Spend all evening fishing from the dock, relaxing by the firepit, playing billiards, and feasting your grilled burgers & steaks.

Bring your own boats and park in the two covered slips and two more on the dock outer edges. Launch boats at the free nearby community. No boat? No worries! Simply rent from the numerous, convenient watercraft rentals: NorrisOasisWatersports (ask for delivery options), NorrisLakeWaterSports (they deliver and ask for Norris Lake Villas 10% discount), Shanghai Marina (super close), Springs Dock, or Sugar Hollow Marina.

From your dock, idle 2 minutes to unlimited ski water. It is a short boat ride to the wildly famous jumping bridge (Cedar Creek Road bridge).

The kitchen is supplied with all the basic appliances including a propane grill with basic tools and free propane.

This property sits right on the lake with a beautiful view. The house worked well for us to have 3 families stay and all have our own space on each floor. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials that made it easy for us to cook meals and grill out. Our stay was for just 3 nights and we had enough paper products, etc., but if you are a larger group staying for a longer time, it is recommended that you bring extras. As the listing mentions, the driveway and stairs down to the dock are very steep, and none of us had cell service at the house, so plan accordingly!

The view is amazing and house is wonderful. The boat ramp directions and specifics of how to locate the property could be expanded. It would be nice to know at booking there is NO cellular service so phone calls are not happening if you are required to check in with family or work during your stay. You will also lose service on way to the home and marina. The marina is very busy on Saturdays and you will need an access code from the Marina shop for the gate to launch your watercrafts or boat. Trailer parking is also very tight on Saturday but there is parking at the gated community where the house is located if needed (but we were not told this ahead of time). The logistics of the driveway are very difficult. It will not easily accommodate 5 vehicles if they are SUV's. It is a very steep incline in and out of the driveway. The house is beautiful and has lots of room for activities. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare large family meals all week! The boat dock at the house is great and allows for swimming and fishing at the house.

The house was clean. The dock and Location on Lake Norris was so much fun.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the host, we would definitely stay here again.
