Ideally located 200 meters from the beach and in the heart of the village, you can leave your car here and get around on foot. This lovely house features a shared entrance leading to the main house and the upstairs bedroom. On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the terrace with a lounge area (TV), a dining room/equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a shower and vanity sink, a separate toilet, and a pantry with a refrigerator. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and one double bed (140 cm). Access is via a staircase. Outside, a courtyard with garden furniture, awning, deckchairs, hammock and plancha + parking space for one vehicle. The garage, including the washing machine, can accommodate a small car of up to 4.10 meters long. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the tenant.
