Everyone was very cheerful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional, I like that the pool is open later than most motels (Midnight) and the location right downtown but still hidden away is perfect for shopping all the unique little shops LaCrosse has, and walking distance from all the night life one expects in the town. Im making the Grandstay my spot whenever I'm in town.

The staff the last two weeks have been awesome! I actually travel for work and stayed there quite a bit, only 2 days of the many weeks one staff member was the rudest I have ever encountered. Thank goodness, she was not there the last 2 weeks. Great breakfast, room was nice, clean, quiet and spacious.

Attentive staff. Security minded. Did not say our room number out loud in case someone was listening. The room was clean, however the heat was not turned on and we didnt realize it until early in morning when were all freezing. Excellent, free breakfast. They allowed our two puppies. This is our second visit, we will be back.
