Moniris is a beautiful Provençal villa, ideally located between the countryside and the sea, with a garden of 2,200 m2 landscaped with Mediterranean species - palm trees, cicas, oleander, bougainvillea, orange trees, lemon trees - located in a residential area of ââLa Crau âLes Martins, Vallon du Soleil", close to the most beautiful beaches of the CĂŽte d'Azur, HyĂšres and its Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, le Levant), Bandol, Sanary, Bormes les Mimosas, Le Lavandou, St Tropez Cassis.
The Villa is air-conditioned with every comfort and careful services. It can accommodate up to 8 people (including a child up to 10 years old and a baby up to 1 year old). It offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with their private bathroom, with toiletries provided, spread over a ground floor and a turret on the 1st floor. 3 bedrooms offer Queen beds 160cmx200cm, a sofa bed for a child up to 10 years old for the 3rd bedroom.
A travel cot (sheets provided by you) and high chair for babies are also available on request.
The central part of the Villa is its swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy all your meals while admiring the Azure blue of the sky!
The swimming pool is made safe for children by a sliding swimming pool shelter. This swimming pool shelter naturally heats the water allowing you to pleasantly enjoy the swimming pool from April to early November depending on the weather.
Deckchairs, parasol, tables, garden chairs and barbecue are available. Private parking spaces for several vehicles, enclosed grounds with automatic gate.

Vacances 2024 !
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. La villa est magnifique et surtout avec une propreté irréprochable. Les draps, la salle de bain tout est impeccables. La villa est aménagée avec goût, pensée dans les détails et sans cesse rénover par le propriétaire.

Tres belle propriété pour passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis
La maison qui est tres belle et sa piscine au centre sont a la hauteur des attentes. Nous y avons passe un séjour super agréable en famille tout en detente.
Une propriĂ©tĂ© totalement rĂ©novĂ©e et tres propre. Les propriĂ©taires et lâagent immobilier sont charmants. La propriĂ©tĂ© est un peu a lâĂ©cart du centre, mais tout est tres pres en voiture. Nous recommandons cette location si vous cherchez a fuir un peu la cote elle meme.
