Private: natural state property 4'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (4 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: burglar alarm system. 20 m long steep motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Plage des Lecques" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km.
