Maison très bien située. Les personnes de la conciergerie sont adorables et serviables. Ils font le ménage dans une maison qui aurait besoin de travaux pour une remise en état. Le pool House était sale et le bar on en parle pas.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus selber war ordentlich und sauber. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte ein wenig mehr Liebe reingesteckt werden. (z.B. Bilder, die hinter Regale gestellt werden, teilweise Beleuchtung, welche nicht funktioniert) Der Außenbereich ist riesig. Gerade, weil wir 2 Hunde mit dabei hatten, war das super für uns. Hier wäre ein wenig mehr Liebe und Ordnung vorteilhaft.(z.B. alte, leere Pflanzgefäße, Hundespielzeug von den Vormietern im Garten, im Poolhaus viele Dinge, die einfach unansehnlich wirken und einfach mal entsorgt oder weggeräumt gehören. Der Toilettenbereich und auch die Dusche um Poolbereich waren leider nicht zu nutzen, weil defekt oder stark verunreinigt. Mein Fazit: Alles in Allem ein schönes Haus in guter Lage und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die mit einem liebevolleren Blick, zu einem Traumort werden kann. Wir waren gerne hier.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison que nous avions déjà loué il y a 3 ans. Les échanges avec Xavier le propriétaire et Florent qui gère la maison sur place sont parfaits et vous font sentir "comme à la maison" Au plaisir pour les séjours plongée à venir sur St Cyr !

Sejour tres agreable et Calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une résidence spacieuse, au calme et bien équipée. Soulignons la très bonne qualité des échanges avec les propriétaires notamment sur la modification de la literie. Une piscine très agréable et bien sécurisée. Un espace salon spacieux doté d'un billard américain. Le seul bémol est peut être le contact désagréable avec l'agent immobilier. En conclusion, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances

Maison incroyable

Nous étions parents avec leurs enfants adultes et compagnons. C'était tout simplement génial. La maison est équipée d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, fléchettes, piste pétanque, piscine privée, grand jardin avec hamac, 4 chambres à coucher avec 2 salles de bain et 2 WC et 1 WC vers la piscine. Plusieurs petits coins avec canapés externes et internes. Cuisine bien équipée avec frigo américain intégré, machine à laver le linge. Nous ne nous sommes pas du tout ennuyés avec les infrastructures de la maison accompagné des chants des cigales, que vouloir de plus. Par contre décentré, voiture indispensable, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique

Lovely house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very big with three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The pool is very nice. The lawn in front of the house is watered automatically every evening. It is very quietly situated in a valley above Bandol. There is often a pleasantly cool wind blowing from the sea. All important shops can be reached by car after a short drive. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

La villa parfaite pour des vacances entre amis

Je recommande absolument ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer les meilleures vacances entre amis: piscine, pétanque, plancha, billard, babyfoot… Tout ce qu’il faut pour bien cuisiner. Les lits sont confortables, la maison est climatisée… et en plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et réactifs. Nous reviendrons !

Superbe séjour

Très bon séjour

A 8, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à La Cadière-d’Azur. La maison est bien équipée et permet à chacun de trouver son espace. La piscine est abritée du vent. Proche des commerces et des lieux à visiter, elle est parfaitement située, au calme du bord de mer.

Sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen und ein super Vermieter! Wir haben (2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern) in diesem schönen und luftigen Anwesen einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Objekt ist gut gelegen und diverse Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Anwesen selbst gibt es ein gutes Freizeitangebot(Pétanque, Billardtisch, Basketball, Tischfussball, Darts. schöner Pool etc.). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons profité de l'extérieur et des jeux à disposition (billard et baby foot). Wir haben unseren letzten Familienurlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen dürfen Punkt das Haus bietet wirklich ausreichend Platz und hat einiges an Unterhaltung zu bieten. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und super freundliche Vermieter, die sogar einwandfreies Deutsch sprechen. Auch die Lage, und die umliegende Gegend war wirklich sehr schön. Sehr schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt vollends genossen.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. Insbesondere hat uns der große Garten, der schöne Swimmingpool und die großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Auch der Außengrill lud zu tollen, gemütlichen Grillabenden ein. Immer wieder!
