Lovely cottage with heated und covered pool, garden and terraces near Uzès

The 92m² cottage for 6 people is located at the east end of our house with a separate entrance. You have three terraces and approximately 1000m² of garden.

On the property you will find: a large pool 6x13m, heated and covered, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, swings, a trampoline, and a slide. All only for you.
There is parking for three cars.

Part 1: Ground floor: table, chairs, sideboard, very quiet fridge-freezer, sink, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill.
Separate entrance, access to the covered terrace with summer kitchen, griddle, double stove, table, and benches.
Connecting vestibule with door to Part 2.
Bathroom: bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer.
Attic mezzanine: bookcase, wardrobe, one 160x200cm bed and one 140x200cm bed.

Part 2:
Ground floor: bedroom/living room with two 90x200cm beds, coffee table, side table, dining table, chairs, wardrobe, washing machine
Covered terrace and separate entrance
Bathroom (shared with the bedroom above): walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer.
Attic bedroom above the bedroom/living room: two 90x200cm beds, chest of drawers, storage

The village is quiet and the house is not on the roadside.
We accept a maximum of 6 guests.
