Kioné - duplex avec terrasse

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming duplex of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A garage.
On the 1st floor :
- A 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided for a fire), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A semi-open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bath and WC.
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (160×190) and a cot.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A terrace on the 1st floor with furniture to enjoy the nice days (parasol and barbecue in summer).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of La Bresse, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter:

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes drive from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink.

In summer:
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the private parking outside the flat.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A winter shuttle to the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont train station, about 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport located about 1 hour 56 minutes away by car.

- The fireplace is functional, wood provided for a fire.

Bonne literie, bon emplacement, appartement fonctionnel mais vaisselle à relaver avant utilisation et coin repas mal adapté. Table très haute, problématique avec des enfants, chaises très creuses et pas assez de coussins. Trop peu de rangement dans les chambres. Micro ondes rouillé changé tres rapidement et seche cheveux fourni.
