Gîte with private entrance. An enviable tourist location, close to the center of La Bresse. Hiking trails nearby. A river is 100 meters away for fishing enthusiasts. A greenway is 80 meters away for cyclists. Jean-Claude will show you his region. A small stream is nearby. In winter, children can go sledding on the grounds adjoining the gîte. Parents will be reassured as the road doesn't pass nearby. Gîte in the owner's house. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Living room with lounge area (130x190 sofa bed), kitchen area. Shower room. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Grounds. Utilities included. Wi-Fi. Pets not allowed.
