I wasn’t impressed by this property. It was tolerable but every day there were little issues that occurred that became very frustrating.
- The hotel didn’t have any AC running which made the room very stuffy qjd uncomfortable. We slept every night w the balcony door open and until the early morning hours this was always very noisy with outside traffic.
- Our shower wouldn’t drain properly.
- Overall the room wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t in the best shape. There were black stains on the shower floor and brown stains on the fabric bed frame base.
- On Expedia the room showcased a minibar and nespresso which were not in our room. There was an empty fridge but it didn’t cool well. At most it made our water luke warm with a slight chill.
- There wasn’t water offered in the room for staying hydrated. The hotel offered 2 bottles on the first day but we needed water more than the first day. We ended up buying water outside the hotel and filling up in the fitness center every day to reduce waste and save money.
- Service in the restaurants was extremely poor. Especially from the older females working in both the rooftop restaurant and breakfast. We were treated very poorly by both when simply asking for a coffee to go and a pastry.
- Room service 24/7 was offered and displayed in our welcome page and also outside the elevators but when we called to order one of the nights of our trip the staff said they only do drinks and no food.
- Lastly, the bed was incredibly hard.
