Ce nid douillet situé dans une rue calme au milieu de La Bourboule est à 100m du 1er commerce et à 300m des Thermes. Le parc "fenestre" de 12 ha, régal des petits pour ses attractions et des grands pour ses promenades au est à 500m de l'immeuble. Les restaurants, fromageries, piscine, casino et supermarchés sont également accessibles à pied au sein du village.
