L'atout principal de ce logement est sa situation, à proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces, tout peut se faire à pieds.Une mention spéciale à la conciergerie, et plus particulièrement John qui nous a parfaitement accueillis.Nous avons par contre été déçus du logement en lui-même : lits inconfortables sauf celui du premier étage (matelas vraiment très mous et literie qui grince), répartition des appareils électroménagers peu pratique (four - à gaz - dans l'arrière cuisine par exemple) et manque d'ustensiles indispensables (ciseaux, couverts à salade...), manque d'éléments pouvant rendre la maison plus accueillante et vivante (livres/BD, jeux, offre TV plus complète, décoration...), jardin peu aménagé donc peu propice à la détente (pas de parasol, chaises longues vétustes).Il manque donc pas mal de choses pour faire de cet emplacement idéal une location agréable. En espérant que ces remarques permettront aux propriétaires d'améliorer le logement.
